Extra Virgin Olive Oil

24K olive oil is preferred for its low level of acidity, 0.2-0.5%. Maximum permissible level of acidity in Extra Virgin Olive Oil is 0.8%. The temperature of our olive oil production does not exceed 27 degrees Celsius , thus the quality of olive oil is not destroyed. Temperature higher from 30 degrees Celsius destroy the volatile components of oil that are responsible for its characteristic flavor. Even the high temperature often gives the oil a reddish color.The olive oil 24K has soft Green color.

Edible Olives

Our olives are Kalamata variety (dark), Amfissa variety (black), Thassos variety (throubes), Chalkidiki variety (green) whole or pitted, stuffed with natural pepper, garlic, almond, Feta or blue cheese. Packaged in vacuum bags, plastic pot, jars, tin, in various weights.

A mixture of sunflower oil and extra virgin olive oil for markets outside Greece.
