We perform the following chemical analyses in our lab facilities to test our olive oil, according to EU and COI regulations.

  • Olive Oil Ultraviolet Spectrophotometry   (K268, K232 and ΔΚ) (COI/T.20/DOC.19)-Reg.2022/2104 analyzed with equipment SHIMADZU UV-1900i
  • Olive Oil Sensory Analysis (Panel Test).  (COI/T.20/DOC.22)-Reg.2022/2104

In collaboration with external chemical analysis labs certified by IOC and ESYD we can analyze various parameters in order to obtain quality control inspections in our olive oil products.
